He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carroll and Eileen Gallagher Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Lee Mei; his sons, Matthew Carroll (Christine) and Gregory Carroll; his siblings, Jack Carroll (Jude), Eileen Welker (Harvey) and Kip O'Hara (Jack); and his granddaughter Blair Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Italian American Club (30 Ways Ln, Kennett Square, PA 19348).
