With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Kyle Emerson Sr. (Kennett Square, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline B Emerson; his parents, Bane Emerson and Charmie Emerson; and his siblings, James Emerson, Stella Sheets, Larrie Emerson, Ralph Emerson, Janet Tuell, Bruce Emerson and Lena Carter.
He is survived by: his son Raymond K. Emerson Jr. (Mary Ann); his sister Maxine Fiorentino (Frank); his grandson Matthew R. Emerson (Celeste); his great grandchildren, Thaddeus, Isabelle and Anastasia; his granddaughter Kelly Vattilana (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Emerson and Elizabeth.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Hill Cemetery (424 N Union St, Kennett Square, PA 19348).
In lieu of flowers, Ray's family kindly requests donations be made to Pheasants Forever (Pheasants Forever, Inc., 1783 Buerkle Circle, St. Paul, MN 55110) or to the Alzheimer's Association (Alzheimer's Association, ATTN: Donor Services, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601).
