He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Carroll; his parents, Thomas and Anna; and his brother John (Joan). He is survived by: his nephew Bill Fitzgerald; his children, Eileen McCaffrey (Evan Schuman), Sheila McCaffrey (Sean Duffin) and Brian McCaffrey; his grandchildren, Joannie Schuman and Brendan Duffin; his sister Marilyn; his children, Leah Carroll (Gustavo) and Curtis Carroll (Althaea); and his granddaughters, Irene, Alexa and Brianna. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
