She was predeceased by: her husband John Patrick Hazzard, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Wilmont McKinnon and Marie McKinnon (Holveck); her children, Andrea Zahn (Steve), Valerie Murray (Bill) and John Hazzard III (Michele); and her grandchildren, Tyler Zahn (Madeline), Amanda McPherson (Mike), Sean Murray, Hanna Hazzard, Lauren Murray, John Hazzard IV and Colleen Murray. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
