She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Rayne (Amee) of West Chester and Stephen Rayne (Lisa) of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania; her granddaughter Sierra Rayne Mills (Wesley); her sons, Mac Rayne, Joshua Rayne and Matthew Rayne; her great grandchild Mia Mills; her sisters, Doranne Easler and Georgia Brutscher; her stepdaughters, Laurie Newell (Keith) of Hillsborough, Leslie Reiling of Ranger, Georgia and Susan Christie (Erik) of Hampstead; her grandchildren, Ryan Reiling, Bret Reiling, Jeffrey Newell, Caleb Newell, Andrew Newell and Peter Newell; and her great grandchildren, Noa Grace Newell, Jonathan Newell and Joshua Newell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (401 N Union St, Kennett Square, PA 19348). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kennett Library (https://kennettlibrary.org) in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, in honor of Sue's lifelong love of reading, learning, and her community, or to the Church of the Advent where she worshiped all her life.
