He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Hazelton; his son Thomas Hazelton; his daughter-in-law Kelly Hazelton; his daughters, Leah Whyte (Shamus Whyte) and Jamie Cappelletti (David Cappelletti); and his grandchildren, Alanah Hazelton, Tucker Hazelton, Willa Whyte, Van Cappelletti, Levi Cappelletti, Ciel Whyte and Trevor Cappelletti.
