She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Frey and Veronica Smithbauer Frey; her children, Mary Jane Secco, Annette Secco and Dan Secco; her granddaughter Bobbi Jo Secco; her son-in-law Michael Powley; and her siblings, Alice Wickett, Dorothy Meyer, Gladys Gillen, James Frey and Robert Frey.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Powley of Wilcox, Joyce Secco (Keith Talbert) of Concord, NC, Jennifer Mattiuz (Brian) of Kersey, Steven Secco (Mary) of St. Marys and Paul Secco (Pam) of St. Marys; and her brother Richard Frey of Kersey. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Church (355 Main St, Kersey, PA 15846). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
