He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Harvey Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Donna Dowie Harvey; his sons, Bryan Harvey (Brittany) of Brockport and Brad Harvey of Ridgway; his sisters, Stacey Troha (Dan) of Kersey, Shelly DeLullo (Chuck) of St Marys and Sue Waggoner (Kelly) of New York; and his grandchildren, Preston Harvey, Payton Harvey, Paisley Harvey, Blade Harvey and Amara Harvey.
