He was predeceased by: his parents, Emeral Taylor and Carolyn Brunner Taylor; his daughter Rebecca; his grandchild Gentry Gordon; his great grandchildren, Holden Wayman and Brian Pisasik; and his brother Carl Dean Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Wilmarth Taylor; his daughters, Victoria Taylor (Billy Millard) of Tingley Lake, PA and Jennifer Pisasik of Kingsley, PA; his brother Robert Taylor of Kingsley, PA; his grandchildren, Nichole Hildebrand (Michelle) of Robert Wallace, II., Benjamin Pisasik (Nikki), Vincent Gordon, Jessica Lewis (Jeremy), Kendra Kohnke, Dominic Wayman, Sarah Pisasik and Jacqueline Wayman; and his great grandchildren, Douglas Mead, Jeremy, Ryan, Genevieve Lewis, Seth Wallace, Taylor Hildebrand, Lejla, Hayley Wayman, Vincent, Kallyn Gordon, Xander, Landon Kohnke, Kayson, Vaeda and Wrenly Gordon.
