He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Dick and Alida Lorraine Dick; and his brothers, Edward Dick (Carole) and Christopher Dick. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette B. Kazmierczak; his children, Kelly Burke (David) and Brian Dick (Diana); his grandchildren, Lauren Dick, Holly Burke and Logan Dick; his brother Paul Dick (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Rosie Dick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or St. Francis Commons Veterans organization.
