He is survived by : his children, Michael Kmieciak (Lisa), Jeff Kmieciak, Andrew Kmieciak (Ashley) and Alysha Micklo (Josh); his stepchildren, Alex Kuhn and Arlene Price (Matt); and his sister Dorothy Palmer (Roger).
