He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Alberta; his daughter Ashley; and his brothers, Richard and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer, David (Laurenda), Amanda and Matthew; his grandchildren, Ruby, Jack and Jenson; and his sister Cindy Hallock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in David's honor to the Alzheimer's association, as he loved his mother dearly.
