Diana will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Diana by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Diana is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Diana’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Taylor and Elizabeth Berry Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Jared Durrette, Malcolm Peoples, Pam Wood (Arthur), Holly Taylor, Maylene Durrette, Jamie Taylor and Brittany Taylor; and her sisters, Barbara Farley (Warren) and Betty Hillcoat. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren 7 great granchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home (89 Park Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Denison Cemetery (85 Dennison St, Swoyersville, PA 18704).
