He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walters and Elizabeth Walters. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Reese; his children, Debbie Wilkes (Jay) of Shavertown and Jim Walters of Kingston; and his granddaughter Jamie Kremenic (Mike) of Kingston. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
