He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Thomas and Ruth Gittens Thomas; and his wife Karen Shoemaker Thomas. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ruth Lasoski and Louise Ann Tredinnick; his brothers-in-law, Steven Lasoski and Gary Tredinnick; and his pet Zues. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
