Phillips; her children, Molly Phillips Janowski (Jeffrey) of Plymouth and David F. Phillips (Heather) of White Haven; her grandchildren, Bailey Janowski, Brady Janowski, Joshua Phillips, Jeffrey Phillips (Samantha) and Jaeson Phillips (Jeanette); and her sister Anne Gingo O'Neill (Tom) of Henrico, N. C.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
