It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Kanter of Kingston, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Kirshner and Mary Frank Kirshner; her husband Daniel Kanter; her son Jack David Kanter; and her brothers, Sidney, Leonard and Norman Kirshner.
She is survived by : her children, Marcia Miller (George) of Hagerstown, MD, Barbara Peisner (Michael) of Portland and Alan Kanter (Sharon) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and friends.
