Lovey leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lovey’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Lovey will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kochanievich and Mary Kochanievich (Zolobko) of Mary's Byzantine Catholic School. She is survived by: her daughter Daria (John); her grandsons, John and George of Denville; and her granddaughters-in-law, Joanne and Barbara.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish (605 Luzerne Ave, West Pittston, PA 18643). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:55 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery (1594 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706).
