He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Perkowski and Eleanor Iwicki Perkowski; and his siblings, Edward, Leonard Perkowski, Irene Balko, Florence Flanley, Theresa Chabala and Lillian Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Joni Adrian Perkowski; his brother Joseph Perkowski (Jean); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Perkowski, Mary Claire Hetro, Rose Chairge (Sam) and Laura Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, great-nieces & nephews, great-great-nieces & nephews.
