He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hazelton and Leona Starkweather Hazelton; and his daughter Stacey Hazelton. He is survived by: his wife Natalie A. Hess Hazelton; his children, Christopher Hazelton (Kimberly Turner) of Atglen and Amanda (Jesse Sharp) of Green Castle, PA; and his siblings, Don (Teresa Hazelton) of Wellsboro, Sandy Hazelton of Ronks and Jerry Hazelton of Wellsboro.
A reception will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 15 N Bridge St, Christiana, PA 17509.
