He is survived by: his wife Phyllis D. Crockett (Deibert); his children, Lisa (Jebb McGinnis) of New Holland, Richard (Melisa Crockett), James (Marie Crockett), Dawn (Doug Mendl) and Deana Warner; and his sisters, Janice Lou (Pat Brennan), Sandra Kay Crockett and Lisa Lynn McCullough.
