She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph M. Culbert and Bonnie Culbert (Estep); and her son Joseph W. Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Walter M. Gallagher; and her daughter Rebecca (Robert Barnes). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
