He is survived by: his parents, Gary Alan Hooten and Rene June Hooten (Caruso); his wife Annie Jean Hooten of Kittanning; his children, Jace Gerald Leavens of Kittanning, Olivia Mae Boltz of Kittanning, Austen Adam Hooten of Kittanning, Calli Brianne Hooten of Kittanning and Adalee Rene Hooten of Kittanning; his sister Sarah Evelyn Craft; his brother-in-law Justin Paul Craft of Brockway; his nieces, Addy Bayne Craft of Brockway, Evelyn Rene Craft of Brockway and Frankie AnnLouise Craft of Brockway; and his grandmother Nancy Jean Hooten of Brockway.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home (200 S McKean St, Kittanning, PA 16201). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
