With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alan Mitchell Thomas of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Lankerd Bevington Thomas; and his brother David "Joe" Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Edith Thomas (Weigel) of Kittanning; his sons, A. Michael Thomas of Kittanning and John Thomas of Denver; his stepchildren, Jennifer Bellas (Bob) of Kittanning and Thomas Hartman (Rebecca) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Stephen Thomas of Indianapolis, Sonya Thomas of Tarentum, Cherie Thomas of Butler, Halie Walstead of Montana, Preston Bellas of Kittanning, Payton Bellas of Kittanning and Porter Bellas of Kittanning. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
