She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie King (Grates) and Earnest Adams; and her sister Mona Rosenberger. She is survived by: her husband Ronald E. Hagofsky; her children, Paul H. Hagofsky and Roni D. Hagofsky of Kittanning; and her sister Barbara Bowser of Kittanning. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
