He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. McGinnis and Christine McGinnis (Stephens) of Mt. Nebo, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Reaf); his son Matthew (Haley); his grandson Maverick; and his brother Carroll.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church (135 Glade Run Rd, Kittanning, PA 16201).
