She is survived by: her family, Disney and New Kids; her husband Eric D. Toy of Kittanning; her son Hunter D. Toy (Torie) of Florida; her brother Ronald Carley of Kittanning; her sister-in-law Pam Toy; her nephew Brad Toy; and her sisters-in-law, Linda and Mary Smith (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Dana's honor to the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter at P.O. Box 838, Kittanning, PA 16201.
