He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Rupp and Helen Rupp of Rupp's Auto Service; his wife Judy; his daughters, Sara Miller (Ian) of Tarentum and Amanda Conklin (Chris) of Athens; his grandchildren, Courtney Stone (Jared), Chandler Milsom (Jamie), Corben Conklin, McKenna Miller and Abby Conklin; and his great grandchild Brynlee Stone.
He is survived by: his sister Annette Rupp; and his girlfriend Leslie Craig.
