With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Marie Venesky (Kittanning, Pennsylvania), born in Cadogan, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Saundra Crissman; her grandson Michael Crissman; her husband John Venesky; her parents, Amos H. Aites and Venice M. Aites Anthony; and her siblings, Elva Fair, Floyd Aites, Marge Thiry, Faye Wolfe, Shirley Flick, Robert Aites, James Aites and Emmett Aites.
She is survived by: her children, Howard A. Crissman (Tab) and Sharon M. Bauer (Kenneth III); her caregiver Tracey L. Crissman; her grandchildren, Miranda Winkelvoss (Marcia Boyer), Howie, Jr., Dustin Crissman (Haley) and Chase Bauer; and her brothers, Wayne Aites (Theresa), Richard Aites (Sharon) and Ronald Aites (Nelda). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
