She is survived by: her parents, Mark D. Thompson and Elizabeth Thompson (Costantino) of Freeport; her husband Jeremy E. Boltin; her in-laws, Gerald and Linda Boltin of Chicago, IL; her sisters-in-law, Blythe Graft (Dave) of Greensburg, PA, Nadia Viken (Don) of Chicago, IL, April Swayka (Brian) of Chicago, IL, Marisa Knipfer (Rick) of Chicago, IL, Madeline Boltin (Brian) of Chicago, IL and Chloe Boltin of Chicago, IL; and her aunts, Cynthia Thompson (Joe "Ping" Turkovic) of Freeport, Cheryl Thompson of Freeport, Sue Bowser (Richard) of Freeport and Becky Broderick (Jeff Fender). She is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dennis J. Daugherty Funeral Home (324 4th St, Freeport, PA 16229). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Mother of God Parish (608 High St, Freeport, PA 16229).
