He was predeceased by : his parents, E. Phillip Knudsen and Kathleen Knudsen (Sullivan). He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth J. Knudsen (Heilman); his children, Eric Knudsen (Charlotte) of Charlottesville, VA and Lisa Knudsen Slater (Frank) of Penn Run, PA; his grandsons, Ian Knudsen (Amelia) and Alex Knudsen; and his brother Kerry Knudsen (Donna) of Ford City.
