She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Burkett and Rae Llewellyn Burkett (Jenkins); her husband John Shuttleworth; her siblings, Mildred Schell, Betty Pearson and James Burkett; her son-in-law Douglas Powell; and her grandson Joshua Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Miller (Dennis) of Kittanning, Harry Shuttleworth (Donna) of Kittanning and John Shuttleworth (Kim) of Ashburn; her grandchildren, Nathan Shuttleworth (Mindy), Hillary Brown (Bill), Jessica Smith (Matt) and Emily Koch (Reilly); and her sister Marjorie Bechert. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
