He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene H. Colwell and Joan E. Colwell (Mohney); and his brothers, William E. Colwell and Kerry W. Colwell. He is survived by: his wife Terry A. Colwell (King) of Kittanning; his daughter Toni Marie Parsons of McKean; his grandchildren, Courtney of Oklahoma, Seth of McKean and Alyssa of McKean; and his siblings, Dennis L. Colwell (Tammy) of Deanville, Mitchel T. Colwell (Helen) of Distant, Dr. Kelly L. Colwell (Alice) of Boardman and Cathy M. Yeager (Delvin) of Rimersburg. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
