He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moorhead and Grace Moorhead. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Moorhead; his daughters, Stacy (Lawrence Infantozzi, Jr.), Dyan (Edwin Rachuba, Jr.) and Kristen (Joshua Lewis); his grandchildren, Ryan Infantozzi, Trevor Infantozzi and MacKenna Lewis; and his sisters, Luana McKee, Darla Mechling and Cathy Seniow.
