Kemp of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Walters and Bertha Walters; her son David Kemp (Joseph Noble) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Virginia Miller, George and William Walters.

She is survived by : her husband Arthur B. Kemp; her daughters, Diane Faletti (Richard) of Kittanning, PA, Susan Sanderson (Phillip) of Mathews, VA, Kathy Steele of Butler, PA and Melinda McKeever (Scott) of Clarksburg, PA; her grandchildren, Sara, Tracy, Michael, Elizabeth, Chloe, Max, Nova and Dyson; and her siblings, Mildred Kistler of Germansville, PA and Martin Walters of Pottstown, PA.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
