She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Kenneth R. Kost; her siblings, Judith Secondo and Joseph Secondo; and her parents, Joseph Carlo Secondo and Gertrude Secondo (Luciak).
She is survived by: her sister Catherine Ferrick; her daughters, Kerry Wolenski (Paul) and Cecily Waratuke (Stephen); her stepson Kenneth J. Kost (Janice); her grandchildren, Anna, Evan Wolenski, Emma, Juliet and Kenneth Waratuke; her stepgrandchildren, Kaelin, Olivia, Elizabeth, Clayton Kost and Helena Wolenski; her sibling's children, Karen Roman, Diane Lund and Paul Ferrick; and her great-nephews, Jesse, Theodore and Christopher. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Orphans of the Storm, PO Box 838, Kittanning, PA 16201, a cause close to her heart.
