He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Millard (Hill); his sons, Eric Millard (Paige Lazorenko) of St. Pete Beach, FL and Jacob Millard (Robin Stillman) of Caledonia, NY; his grandchildren, Willow, Hunter and Kai; his in-laws, Wilber and Pat Hill of Freeport, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Hill of Shelbyville, IN and Judy Hood of Shelbyville, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
