He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mechling Sr. and Dora Shields (Booher); his former wife Juanita Booher; his siblings, Dennise Shields, Della Shields, Jean Johns, Sara Stover and Walter Mechling Jr.; his sister-in-law Janet Dunbar; and his nephew Walter E Mechling III.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Mauthe-Booher; his children, Jennifer Booher (Anthony Suppa), Melissa Ingram, Michael Booher Callie (Rachel Andrews) and Caitlin Paar (Cory Paar); his stepson John Mauthe (Heather Mauthe); his grandchildren, Hailey Suppa (Rianna Lewis), Anthony Suppa Jr., Garrett Suppa, Amelia Cornman, Cecilia Paar, Gabrielle Cribbs (Rylee Cribbs), Phoenix Ingram, Cadance Ingram, Leland Ingram, Caleb Matus, Peyton Cravener, Sophia Cravener of Michael Booher, III., Emma Mauthe and Blake Mauthe; his great grandchild Stella Cribbs; and his brother Larry Booher. He is also survived by father and a grandfather.
