We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 83, Norman Bell of Kittanning, Pennsylvania passed away. He was predeceased by: his close friend Ann Burns; and his brother James Bell. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bell of Templeton, William Bell (Noelle) of Kittanning and Jeannie Marie of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, Robin Rapone of Grove City, Heather Alberth (Dave) of Gibsonia, Rachel Crowley of Export and Scott Burns of Brandon, Florida; and his grandsons, Kane Bell (Kayla) and Cody Metro (Allison) of Kittanning. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.

All those attending are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and social distance while no more than 25 people will be permitted in the building at one time.
