He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Toy; and his sister Linda Webb. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Toy (Waugaman); his children, Chelsea Bartley and Coby Toy; his grandson Benny Bartley; his mother Anna Mae Toy; and his sisters, Jean Kutch (Bob) and Susan Seibel (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
