He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard and Ora Bell Hall (Hooks); and his sister Sharon Louise Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hall (Fryer); his sons, Thomas Ray Hall (Gina) of Oakland, CA and Jason Michael Hall of Warsaw, IN; and his granddaughter Lula Jane Hall.
