He was predeceased by: his father Leonard N. Cousins; and his brothers, Randy, Kenneth and Gregory Cousins. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Cousins (Gauker) of Adrian; his children, Brad Cousins of Kittanning and Christin; his cousin Toy of Kittanning; and his stepson Dustin Truelove of Kittanning. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
