He was predeceased by: his father William Alexander Wagner; and his stepdaughter Wendy Kovach. He is survived by: his wife Renie Wagner of Kittanning; his mother Elizabeth Gattuso Wagner of Punxsutawney; his children, William Wagner (Kendra) of Hamilton, PA, David Wagner of Natrona Heights, PA, Matthew Wagner of Summerville, PA and Allie Higgins (Shawn) of Big Run, PA; his stepson Mark Kovach (Tracey) of Natrona Heights; his nieces, Kelly (Michael) of New Castle, Amy Boone (Andre) of Munhall and Nikki Gibson (Jason) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Timothy Wagner (Denise) of North Carolina and Christine Werner (James) of Dubois; and his nephew Shane Stouffer of Kittanning. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews.
