He is survived by: his wife Debra Bohner Esterly; his children, Tammy Bordner (Mike), Glen Bordner (Chrissy), Tonya Hassle (Larry) and Steve Salsano; and his siblings, Kenneth Esterly Jr. (Ann), Tom Esterly (Fenetia), Tim Esterly (Norma) and Evon Salmon (Johanne). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
