He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bryce, Owen, Tucker and Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Dustin Swartfager and Anne Hickman Swartfager; his grandparents, Dennis, Jane Hickman of Emlenton, Ken and Kim Swartfager of Knox; his great-grandparents, Larry and Gayle Hickman of Emlenton; his aunts and uncles, Jessica Fresch (Joshua) of Pittsburgh, Melissa Hickman of Emlenton, Jake Hickman (Kendall) of Emlenton and Derek Swartfager (Torri) of Knox; his great-grandparents, John and Marge Barber; and his extended family Andrew.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Andrews memory be sent to Pittsburgh Bereavement Doulas, 118 Eton Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15215.
