She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlington Rinker and Grace Robinson Rinker; her husband James R. Kellogg; her daughter Carol Hart; her son-in-law Barry Hart; and her siblings, Dale, Floyd, Russell Rinker and Dorothy Lewis.
She is survived by: her son James A. Kellogg (Kay) of Shippenville; her grandchildren, Dana of Van, Deana of Pittsburgh and John of Seneca; and her great grandchild Courtney Kellogg of North Carolina.
