She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kepler and Louise Kepler; her husband Dr. Kenneth Vayda; her son Gregory Vayda; and her brothers, Robert Kepler and Edward Kepler.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Sharrow of Brookville and Jeff Vayda (Stacey) of Knox; her grandchildren, Julie Vayda, Jamie Acain of California and Caitlyn of Vayda; her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Jamie and Julie; and her sister Janet Maurer of Mechanicsburg.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home Inc. (504 E Penn Ave, Knox, PA 16232). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
