She was predeceased by: her parents, George Barnes and Martha Maudice Barnes; and her brothers, George and LeRoy Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Craig A. Morton; her daughter Amy Schmader (Patrick) of Montana; her granddaughter Maddisen Schmader; her stepchildren, Craig E. Morton (Marcy Jo) of West Virginia and Melinda Morton of Knox; her sister Georgia Boocks (Jim) of Knox; her nieces, Heather Boocks King (Matthew), Cheryl Ann Mohoric (Tom) and Carol Farr (Dana); and her nephew Jeremy Boocks (Erika).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William N. Rupert Mortuary Inc. Chapel (430 Mendenhall Ave, Knox, PA 16232). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the William N. Rupert Mortuary Inc. (430 Mendenhall Ave, Knox, PA 16232).
