She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hepler and Gladys Hepler (Amsler); her husband Ronald Eugene Vickers; her daughter Kathy Swartzfager (Gary); her siblings, Donna Slater and Chuck Hepler; and her nephew Jody Slater.
She is survived by: her children, John Vickers (Pam) of Polk, Tim Vickers (Sherry Frankenberger) of Franklin, Lynn Fulton of Shippenville and Bill Vickers of Knox; her grandchildren, Adam, Chris (Sarah), Angie (Daryl), Jessica (Brett), Kayla (Vinnie), Kasey (Jeremy), Rori, Tanner and Mattie; her great grandchildren, Sebastian (Brook), Quinton (Kamyron), Tegan, Jonathon, Alivia, Lydia, Ethan and Elisabeth; her siblings-in-law, Larry Slater and Carol Hepler; her niece Ann (Bill); her nephew David (Shannon); and her great-niece Lacey (Amanda).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home Inc. (504 E Penn Ave, Knox, PA 16232). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
