He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell H. Shoaff and Freda Best Shoaff; his son-in-law Dean Wolbert; and his brother-in-law Clark Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Osborne; his children, Kristin Kahle (Josh) of West Virginia, Katelyn Shoaff (James) of Georgia, Chris McCormick (Heather) of Indiana State and Tiea Wolbert of Miola; his grandchildren, Ava, Olivia Kahle of West Virginia, Myles Ballentine of Georgia, Tyler, Chance McCormick of Indiana State, Becca and Zoie Wolbert of Miola; and his siblings, Allan Shoaff (Roberta) of West Virginia, Amy Palumbo (Raul) of Georgia and Mark Shoaff of Shippenville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home (638 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mitch's honor to the Clarion Forest VNA Hospice, 271 Perkins Road, Clarion, PA 16214.
